CRAVE SCULPT
The one that starts the obsession.
Performed on the CRAVEFormer, this class moves slow, hits deep, and demands full-body control.
Every sequence is core-centric.
Every hold is intentional.
Every transition is spicy.Expect long, shaking time-under-tension, precision strength work, and the kind of burn that lands exactly where you want it. High energy, loud music, addictive movement and yes, that signature CRAVE shake you’ll come back for.
Low impact. Full body.
Level: All levels (perfect for beginners).

Good to know: Arrive 10 min early if it’s your first class. -

CRAVE BURN
The one that leaves you breathless.
Quicker transitions, deeper intensity, athletic sequences. You’ll sweat, you’ll focus, and you’ll chase the edge—safely.
Level: Intermediate+ (solid Pilates basics recommended).
Length: 45–50 min
Bring: Grip socks, water, towel.
Good to know: Not ideal as your very first class—start with SCULPT. -

CRAVE IGNITE (Jumpboard)
The one that makes your heart pound.
Cardio-focused Pilates using the jumpboard for low-impact airtime. Powerful legs, strong core, smooth landings.
Level: Intermediate+ (solid Pilates basics recommended, athletic pace).
Length: 45–50 min
Bring: Grip socks, water.
Good to know: Low-impact ≠ low intensity—expect sweat. -

CRAVE RELEASE
The one you didn’t know you needed.
Slow, restorative flows to lengthen hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine. Breathwork drops the nervous system into calm.
Level: All levels.
Length: 45–50 min
Bring: Grip socks, water; we provide props.
Good to know: Pairs perfectly after BURN or IGNITE. -

Private training at CRAVE offers a fully personalized Pilates experience tailored to your body, goals, and movement needs. These one-on-one sessions allow for focused instruction, customized programming, and deeper attention to form, alignment, and progression.
Private sessions are ideal for all levels — whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning from injury, refining technique, or looking to elevate your practice beyond group classes.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, milestone moment, or hosting a curated wellness gathering, private events offer exclusive access to the studio for a shared experience that feels personal, intentional, and unforgettable.
Your event includes a guided group class led by a certified CRAVE instructor, followed by dedicated studio time to slow down, connect, and savor the moment. Expect intentional movement, carefully layered sequences, and an atmosphere that feels immersive, energizing, and just a little indulgent.
Programming is tailored to your group’s experience level, making it approachable for beginners while still delivering the signature CRAVE burn.
