What is CRAVE Pilates?

Do I need Pilates experience?
No.
Our classes are built for beginners through advanced athletes. Your coach guides you with customized cues and modifications so you feel confident from the start.

How many people are in each class?
Classes are capped at 12 clients — always personal, never overcrowded.
We believe in form, attention, and experience over volume.

What should I bring?
Grip socks (required for safety), water, and an open mind.
Socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

What do I wear?
Form-fitting activewear.
Nothing baggy — you’ll move better and safer when clothing doesn’t interfere with the machine.

How early should I arrive?
Arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can walk you through the setup and make sure your first move feels empowered and intentional.

I’m not flexible / strong / “in shape.” Will I be okay?
Absolutely.
CRAVE Pilates builds flexibility and strength. You don’t need to be ready — you’ll get ready by showing up.

Is it safe if I have an injury?
Many movements can be modified, and we will always prioritize form and safety.
Please consult with your doctor first and let your instructor know what you’re working with.

How long are classes?
Most classes run 45–50 minutes (except our 30-minute FIRST TASTE intro session).

What is the cancellation policy?
Life happens — but space is limited.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours before class to avoid any penalties.
We’ll release your spot to someone else who’s craving it.

Can I try a free intro session first?
Yes — you can book FIRST TASTE, our 30-minute intro session.
Once you feel the shake, you’ll understand the hype.

How is CRAVE different from traditional Pilates or yoga?
Traditional Pilates is controlled and methodical.
